1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Accommodation & Air Seats: Nikman Tours is not holding any hotel accommodation or flight seats at the time of quotation. Bookings will be initiated only after receiving the initial registration amount.
  • Advance Payment: A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
  • International Packages: For packages quoted in USD/EUR/INR, the full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure.
  • All rates are per person on a twin-sharing basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. Rates & Availability

  • The rates mentioned are indicative and subject to change without prior notice due to factors like availability, currency exchange fluctuations, or rate revisions by hotels/suppliers.
  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotel, an alternate hotel of similar category will be offered. Any price difference will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

  • In the event of a refund, it will be issued as a credit note, which can be utilized within the same year. However, if a client cancels a booking within 48 hours, and we have only received a 50% advance amount without making any hotel or transportation reservations, we may issue a cash refund or transfer the amount to the client’s bank account within 15 working days, with aRs 1000/- service charge applicable.

4. Transportation

  • Transportation will be provided on a point-to-point basis as per the itinerary.
  • Cabs are provided for all tours, transfers, and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

5. Flight/Train Delays & Force Majeure

  • Nikman Tours is not responsible for flight/train delays or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or airline decisions.
  • In case of overstay due to such delays or cancellations, additional expenses for accommodation, transport, meals, etc., will be borne by the passenger.
  • No refunds will be given for missed sightseeing or accommodations due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

6. Documentation & Visas

  • Nikman Tours will not be held responsible for delayed, rejected, or incorrect travel documents including passports, visas, and other essential travel papers.
  • In case of visa rejection, standard cancellation charges will apply as per our policy.

7. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

8. Important Notes

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange (ROE) before the departure will impact the cost of the package. The passenger will be liable to pay the difference directly.
  • All overstay expenses caused by delays or changes in travel schedules must be borne by the traveler.
  • No refunds will be issued for unutilized services or changes in the itinerary due to natural causes or government restrictions.
  • These rates are applicable only to Indian residents holding valid Indian passports.
